General Information
What is an asynchronous Bible college?
An asynchronous Bible college allows students to complete courses at their own pace without fixed schedules. Lectures, readings, and assignments are available online, enabling flexibility for students in different time zones or with varying schedules.
Is the college accredited?
We are currently exploring cooperative agreements with Kingswood University whose programs are accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) and meet the standards for theological education in Canada.
Who can enroll in your programs?
- Completed online application form.
- High school transcript or equivalent.
- Payment of the non-refundable application fee of Ca$50
Can international students enroll?
Yes, international students are welcome to enroll in our programs. Since the programs are entirely online, no student visa is required.
How long does it take to complete a program?
The duration varies based on the program and your pace. For example:
- A certificate program may take 1 to 4 months.
- A diploma program will take about four semesters if pursued full-time.

What are the admission requirements?
- Completed online application form.
- High school transcript or equivalent.

When can I start?
We have rolling admissions, meaning you can begin your studies at any time throughout the year however, we prefer that you commence your classes at the beginning of a month. However for now, the Advance Certificate in Ministry and the Refresher Course Full Module runs 3 times a year. We hope to make it anytime enrollment soon.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of Ca$50. This fee gives you a lifetime access to our Learning Management System called Populi.

How are courses delivered?
Courses are delivered through our online learning platform, which includes video lectures, reading materials, discussion boards, and assessments.
Do I need to attend live sessions?
No. All lectures and materials are pre-recorded or pre-uploaded, so you can access them at your convenience
Fees and Financial Aid
How much does it cost?

Do you offer financial aid?
Not now. We are exploring opportunities to make those available in future.
Are there additional costs for textbooks or resources?
Most course materials are included in the tuition. Some courses may require additional books, which you will need to purchase separately.

What technology do I need to study online?
You’ll need:
- A reliable computer or tablet.
- Stable internet access.
- Basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word or Google Docs).
Is technical support available?
Yes, our technical support team is available to assist you with any Populi-related issues
Spiritual and Academic Support
How do you ensure spiritual growth in an online setting?
We incorporate spiritual growth through:
- Giving students access to Open Heaven devotionals online and guided prayer assignments.
- Interactive forums for sharing testimonies and reflections.
- Access to our Lecturers, majority of whom are also mentors and spiritual advisors.
Can I interact with professors and other students?
Yes, through discussion boards, email, and occasional live Q&A sessions.
What if I need academic support?
Our Faculty Staff are available to assist with course material, assignment guidelines, and time management as per contact details they have shared on each course syllabus.
Graduation and Beyond
Do you issue official certificates and transcripts?
Yes, upon successful completion of your program, you’ll receive an official diploma and transcript.
What opportunities are available after graduation?
Graduates can pursue roles in ministry, missions, pastoral leadership, counseling, or continue their education in advanced theological studies.
Is there a graduation ceremony?
Yes, we offer in-person graduation at the RCCG Americas Continent 2 annual convention which takes place usually in the month of June in Toronto.
