Course Modules

Module 1 – Mental Health
This module is to equip leaders with the need to take mental health seriously and understand the extent of its consequences on the church and the congregation.
Module 2 – Contemporary Global Moral and Social Issues
This module is to equip leaders of knowledge of contemporary global moral and social issues which could confront them in the course of their duties. These issues include racism, homosexuality, abortion, surrogacy etc
Module 3 – Effective Use of Media for Ministry
This module is to help leaders understand the importance of various media platforms and how to use them effectively in the discharge of their responsibilities.
Module 4 – Evolving Doctrinal Issues in RCCG Mission
The focus of this module is to keep leaders abreast of the doctrinal issues in RCCG as they evolve. For examples, what are the doctrinal issues which the mission espoused in years backs that are now being modified or changed by the mission.
Module 5 – Change Management in Ministry
Change is a constant feature of everyday affairs in both our personal lives as well as for organizations. Much more than that the contemporary 21st century is experiencing rapid changes at a faster rate than ever before. This module focuses on how to navigate changes in organizations with particular emphasis on ministry which includes local churches as well as how to maintain consequences of changes.
Module 6 – Digital Church Planting

This course equips current and aspiring pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, and church planters with the theological foundation, strategic framework, and practical tools required to plant, grow, and sustain churches in the digital space. Emphasizing biblical ecclesiology, missional theology, and contemporary digital platforms, the course explores how the Church can faithfully fulfill the Great Commission in an increasingly digital and globalized world.
